Tie a resistance the band around a post or door handle. Ideally the band should be at the same height as your elbow.
Stand with your right side to the band a couple of feet away. Hold on to the end of the band with your right hand, and keep your elbow pressed firmly to your side. You can use a rolled up towel between your elbow and side to help keep your elbow to firmly in position.
With your upper arm in position, your elbow should be bent to 90 degrees. Your hand will be slightly away from your body. This will be your starting position.
Then pull the band by rotating your arm in towards the left hand side of your body. Make sure to keep your elbow in place.
Continue as far as you are able, pause, and then return to the starting position.
Pull the band in for a count of 3 and out for count of 3.
To increase the resistance, either use a thicker band or move further away.
