My work as a biomechanics coach and massage therapist is all about helping people with their problems.
I get people coming in every day telling me how their issue is holding them back. How it's ruining their life.
And so that's all they can think about. That's all they see.
BUT, you need to stop looking at yourself as a series of problems.
Because for every 1 thing that's going wrong in your body there are a thousand things going right.
And focusing on the negative is only going to create more stress. More stress = more cortisol. More cortisol = health problems.
YOU ARE NOT F#%KED!! You simply have an obstacle. Think about how you can get around that obstacle. See it as an opportunity to learn about your body, to become better than before.
But open your eyes to all the things that are going right. Because they are there if you just pay attention.
