Are you stressed? Do you have pain in your body? Have you though that just maybe the two are connected?
I am seeing this so often. Emotional stress causing an effect on the movement (or lack of) on the body which as a consequence, leads to pain.
One of my clients was able to improve the movement within her shoulders just by talking.
I started off by assessing her whole body as normal. Then, I listened to her vent her frustrations, reflect on her situation and come up with ways she could move forward in her life. As I did, I also watched as her shoulders started to relax in front of me.
After she stopped talking I reassessed her, and sure enough, her shoulders had relaxed and were now moving more freely.
Now I can help you with the body movement but when there is a deeper emotional connection then this needs addressing too. If not, the issue is only going to keep returning.
