Changes Created From Releasing The Piriformis
I just love clients like this. One exercise for the pelvis is all it took to make all the changes highlighted in green.
It was even better when she noticed the difference in her neck and shoulders (which actually wasn't an issue she had come about).
Simple but effective.
What was the exercise I gave her?
This muscle release for her piriformis....
